By employing our services you acknowledges and grants CR3ST Digital Agency Ltd the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Order solely for marketing and advertising the Company's services. The rights granted herein shall include the right to use the materials in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, print, digital, and online media.

You acknowledges that the rights granted herein apply only to materials that are non-confidential and have been made public by the Client. Any confidential materials shall not be subject to this Agreement.

The materials shall remain the exclusive property of the Client, and the Company acknowledges and respects the Client's ownership rights.

Permanent Banner Placement for Softwares Developed

The Company shall permanently place a banner, signifying that the Client application was built by CR3ST Digital Agency Ltd, at the bottom of every web application and on the splash screen for mobile applications. The banner shall have a maximum height of 200 pixels and will link to the Company's website.

he banner placement shall be exclusive to the Company and shall remain on the Client's web page or application indefinitely. The Client agrees not to allow any other entity or party to display banners or advertisements in the designated areas.

The Client shall not incur any additional fees for placing the banner. However, if the Client wishes to remove the banner from their webpage or application, they shall be required to pay an additional fee as specified by the Company.

The Client acknowledges that the banner is a standard part of the Company's branding and marketing efforts and agrees to allow its placement on their webpage or application. The Client shall ensure that the banner remains visible and unaltered, except as permitted by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify the banner's design at any time, provided that such modifications do not materially affect the functionality or appearance of the Client's web page or application. Any significant changes to the banner shall be communicated to the Client in advance.
